Alexitex prefers to charge fixed fees, based on output and value to our clients, rather than to charge for hours spent. We believe true value comes through delivering solutions and peace of mind, which will in turn reward us with client satisfaction and retention.
Alexitex signs confidentiality agreements with all its clients to create a confidential relationship and protect the client’s confidential and proprietary information.
COMPANY SECRETARY SERVICES
Company secretary services vary from basic minute preparation to a detailed legal and business support function with specialist legal expertise, depending on the Company’s needs. Previous Company Secretary experience of more than 15 years ensures the highest quality good governance practices and company secretaryship
Corporate Board packages are available, ranging from mere minute taking to comprehensive board support services and training.
NON-PROFIT SERVICES
Alexitex gladly supports non-profit organisations and has special fee packages available for these entities
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Our legal compliance advice, audits and recommendations are based on the Generally Accepted Compliance Principles (GACP) of the Compliance Institute of South Africa, and a vast knowledge of the plethora of legislation, regulations and codes that forms the universal compliance framework within which corporate entities in the country must exist and operate. Our services include a diagnostic assessment to evaluate the current structure of the entity within its unique business framework, the nature of policies and processes vis-à-vis regulatory compliance requirements and best practices, and an independent identification of key risks and controls based on the scope of the engagement, with the aid of a risk and control register.
We have various legal compliance packages available for corporate entities, to suit specific needs.
DESIGN, FORMULATING AND DRAFTING OF DOCUMENTS
Alexitex takes pride in drafting with a difference – more than 20 years of legal experience and qualifications to match ensure excellent drafting skills and thoroughly-researched end products. Fees (available on request) include an initial consultation with management (unlimited duration) to ensure that the entity’s bests interests and specific needs are integrated in the documents. Individual quotes will be provided on documents not specified in our fee schedule.
TRAINING
Alexitex provides in-house training from a practical perspective, with the aim to equip those attending the training session with easy-to-remember practical tools to face day-to-day challenges in their respective work areas. All training sessions comprise approximately 5 – 7 hours and are preceded by detailed consultation with the client to ascertain the entity’s specific training needs regarding a particular topic or department. All training sessions are conducted at the client’s premises.
